ABOUT
JSG SECURITIES, INC. is a Philippine Stock Exchange Member, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a securities broker and dealer in the Philippines. The company was incorporated on June 16, 1995 and started operations at the Tektite trading floor of the exchange on March 15, 1996. On February 19, 2018, trading operations moved to PSE Tower in BGC. JSG SECURITIES, INC. buys and sells stocks listed on the stock exchange on behalf of its institutional and retail clients.
In 2014, JSGS was awarded the PSE Bell Award for Corporate Governance, a distinction given to trading participants that exemplify world-class corporate governance standards and practices. The 2014 PSE Bell Awards judges included SEC Chairperson Teresita Herbosa, British Ambassador Asif Ahmad, former Congresswoman and Vice-President Leonor “Leni” Robredo, CMIC President and CEO Atty. Cornelio Gison, and College of St. Benilde President and Chancellor Brother Dennis Magbanua, FSC.
